Arrayit (OTCQB: ARYC) (the Company) is entitled to an exclusive license to commercialize the “Rapid and Cost Effective Detection Technologies for Noroviruses and other Foodborne Pathogens,” because of the ongoing Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) between the Company and the United States Department of Agriculture.
